The UGSM-Monarch Business School Swiss based International Executive MBA program for managers focuses on creating leadership competency across the major domains of management study within dynamic settings with challenging cohort groups from around the world. The program is specifically designed to accommodate working professionals whose time is limited. The program is designed to be completed across a period of 18 months in 6 modules of 3 months each that include a 1 week residency per module. This design provides the required flexibility needed to enable practicing managers to further their academic training while continuing their professional careers. Due to the nature of the program candidates are often supported by their respective company. However, candidates may also enroll as independent participants.
